A Berkshire suckling pig was the feature of our pot luck pig roast last Sunday. What started as a way for the farmers to get to know a couple of the new hires bloomed into a full culinary feast.
Did I mention that it was about 300 hundred degrees with no breeze?
Bob, the cheese guru (above) and his wife, Gayl, brought the most amazing cheeses. One is featured below. This little number was a bite-size wad of goodness that was flavored with chives. Hope Bob thinks of replicating this one!
And of course the night wound down with some craziness. Dave challenging Willson’s son to an arm-wrestling match…
